With this property you have the opportunity to buy a piece of history. A piece of the world cultural heritage of the Tramuntana Mountains. You acquire a mountain. The private forest area covers an area of over 600,000 m² with numerous hiking trails and its own stream with a small waterfall where you can enjoy the cool climate in summer. Coal was once produced in this area. The men came into the forest for several days in the summer, built makeshift huts out of bushes and branches and burned wood for days to turn it into charcoal. Traces of this are still visible today. Later came an order of missionaries. The nuns moved into a small, simple house at the foot of the mountain to retreat in the summer months and strengthen their faith. According to the rule 'Ora et Labora', the nuns used this place of reflection for prayers. They also built water depots, which are still intact today and created a natural fountain near the main house, and took care of the maintenance of the houses and the land.
