Located down the hillside from Altea Hills is Marina Greenwich, This beautiful area has a stunnnig marina with a vast array of amazing bars and restaurants, all set amongst some gorgeous boats.
Here you also have one of the areas most wonderful beaches outside the marina and several coves to explore.
Set around the marina and surrounding Mascarat area are an array of fantastic apartments at what we consider very low prices, given the size of the properties and the sea views they offer.

PASEO MARITIMO
Staying with the water and Marina theme !, we have the main area near Alteas Marina.
This area is located close to the renovated boulevard and is set amongst the seafront roads, bars and restaurants.

Altea la Vieja or Altea La Vella is a picturesque borough of Altea, located about 3.5KM from Altea main centre with its own small village center, shops and even a small old town church.
There are around 2,400 residents that call Altea Vella home who come from all over the world, if you count the surrounding housing developments of Alhama and Sierra de Altea.
In the urbanization Sierra de Altea is the golf course Don Cayo.
